Graphic Designer (Retail Marketing) – 6-Month Contract

Our client, a leading national retailer, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their fast-paced marketing team on a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful, high-visibility projects within a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce promotional units and marketing collateral for both customer-facing and corporate initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned designs
Translate strategic marketing goals into compelling visual assets across multiple channels
Support digital and print campaigns with strong attention to detail and visual consistency
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within the retail or consumer goods industry
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
Strong hands-on experience with Figma (this is a must-have)
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
A strong design portfolio demonstrating creative and production skills
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
