Agilus is recruiting for a Project Manager in the Financial Industry in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.
Agilus is seeking a highly polished, technically savvy Project Manager to lead key initiatives within a large-scale transformation program in the financial industry. This role will support cross-border Lines of Business (LOBs) across both Canada and the U.S., with a focus on onboarding, change management, and managing multiple interconnected workstreams. This is an opportunity to contribute to a strategic initiative impacting capital markets, commercial banking, and existing client segments within a dynamic, high-performance environment.
A typical day:
Manage a core workstream while coordinating dependencies with adjacent workstreams
Lead change management activities, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption by business and technology stakeholders
Liaise with senior leadership across multiple Lines of Business in both Canada and the U.S
Drive execution of transformational onboarding strategies within an enterprise-wide program
Communicate effectively with C-suite executives, vendors, and clients to align expectations and drive outcomes
Monitor project performance, scope, schedule, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Identify risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure delivery success in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
Successful candidates will have:
Well seasoned project management experience, with a strong track record in large-scale, enterprise-level transformations
Demonstrated experience in onboarding programs and change management within financial services
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with senior executives and external partners
Strong technical understanding and comfort in technology-driven environments
