Responsibilities for a Crossing Guard

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Ensure the safe crossing of children at designated school crosswalks.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
  

Qualifications for Crossing Guard

• Must be authorized to work in Canada.

• First aid certification is an asset.

• Ability to think quickly and stay calm under pressure.

• Adaptable and comfortable working in changing weather and school environments

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to ensuring children's safety
