Agilus is recruiting for a HR Coordinator in the city of in Markham, Ontario. As an HR Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of HR operations—streamlining recruitment efforts, elevating how employees engage with the organization, and keeping HR systems clean, consistent, and reliable! How you will make an impact: Engage with candidates over the phone with confidence and enthusiasm Conducts thorough and timely reference checks to support informed hiring decisions and uphold hiring standards Efficiently schedules interviews, manages calendars and ensures a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers Assisting with end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes Supporting HR operations through accurate data entry, updates, and reporting within the Dayforce platform The successful candidate brings: 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment, supporting high-volume processes and maintaining accurate data Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is considered an asset. Strong knowledge working with Dayforce Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) Strong organizational and time management skills Total rewards: $26.00 - $30.00 hourly 3 Month Contract with possibility of extension or permanent opportunity Flexible hours, 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm In office 5 days per week offering valuable opportunities for professional growth, skill development, and the chance to collaborate with a dynamic and supportive team Weekly pay!
