We are actively looking for a Change Management Specialist to manage and track updates to IT systems. This person should understand how IT systems connect and depend on each other, be familiar with ITIL practices. You will be supporting IT change requests, make sure changes won’t negatively affect internal systems, and ensure all changes are clearly documented and done properly.
Roles and Responsibilities
IT/ IS change management trackingBriefing and working with executive-level staff
Participating in IT/ IS Security working groups such as IT managers, developers, and stakeholders
Delivering change management training
Qualifications and Skills
Bilingual - intermediate French skills
A certification, degree or diploma in telecommunications, IT or computer science from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution
Must hold a secret security clearance
