We’re seeking a polished, service-oriented Concierge to join our client’s team in a prestigious residential development in Toronto. This role is all about creating an exceptional living experience for residents and ensuring that every interaction reflects the highest level of care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist residents, guests, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Serve as the go-to resource for residents, handling inquiries, requests, and coordinating services such as transportation, reservations, and event bookings.
Maintain strong knowledge of local amenities, restaurants, and events to offer trusted recommendations.
Manage package deliveries and amenity bookings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Assist with scheduling maintenance requests and resident events as needed.
Maintain accurate shift logs, records, and communication for seamless handovers.
Build strong relationships with residents and local service providers to enhance the community experience.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–2 years in a concierge, front desk, or guest services role within hospitality, property management, or luxury residential settings.
Education: Post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field is an asset.
Skills:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
