HR Associate – Food Manufacturing (Afternoon Shift)
Location: North York | Onsite | Temp-to-Perm
Our client, a well-established and reputable food manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Associate to join their team in North York. This role is ideal for someone who has HR experience—whether in administration, coordination, or generalist-level support—and is comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires
Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation
Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources
Assist with time and attendance tracking and reporting
Support the coordination of training, health & safety programs, and policy communication
Help resolve basic employee relations issues and escalate as needed
Translate or interpret HR-related communication when needed (in Turkish, Spanish, or Arabic)
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in an HR support role (Admin, Coordinator, or similar)
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Fluent in Turkish, Spanish, or Arabic
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a diverse, team-oriented workplace
