Is this program right for you? In this role, you will: 

 

The Wealth Management Associate Program is a salaried program that is aimed at developing sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals who are looking for a career in credit-focused Banking. The program focuses on building core credit underwriting and relationship management skills. 

 

 

Do you have the skills and requirements that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if: 

 

  • You're completing an undergraduate or master’s degree by June 2026, or you are a recent grad with less than 5 years of experience and have work experience in building client relationships and providing financial advice. 

  • You have completed a course of study that will enable registration with the appropriate provincial securities commission to obtain a license to sell mutual funds (requirement to obtain license will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be dependent on business need in the Region of hire).  

  • You aspire to build a career as a personal Banker. 

  • You’re a curious, critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with others. 

  • You have a sales and relationship focused mindset. 

  • You can demonstrate an ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus as well as the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. 

  • You’re flexible and thrive in fast-paced environments. 

  • You have strong organization and time management skills and enjoy working in both team and independent settings. 

  • You value feedback and actively seek opportunities for self-development.
