Office Administrator – Onsite | Toronto
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the smooth operation of a professional office and assist with internal coordination, document formatting, and daily administrative functions.
Location: Toronto (onsite, 5 days/week)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: $50,000–$60,000
About the Role:
This is a dynamic, hands-on position well-suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the central point of support for office operations, document editing, and business coordination. The role also includes supporting internal projects, events, and basic compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supply inventory, facilities, and shared spaces
Coordinate mail, couriers, travel bookings, and workstation setup
Format and edit documents, reports, and proposals in Microsoft Word
Provide administrative support for project teams (e.g., translation requests, data entry)
Assist with internal events, branded materials, and logistics for conferences
Submit expense claims and monitor shared inboxes
- Support compliance-related tasks, including acting as Alternate Company Security Officer (ACSO)*
Qualifications:General administrative support to HR and corporate services teams
Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration, operations, or business support
Strong skills in Microsoft Word (formatting and editing), along with Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional organization and time management skills
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities with initiative and follow-through
