Our client is currently looking to hire an Attendance Coordinator to join their team, this role is fully onsite.
Job Summary:
The Attendance Coordinator will be responsibble for ensuring consistent and effective attendance management practices. This position involves regular in-person meetings with divisional managers, data analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to reduce absenteeism and improve workforce reliability. Frequent travel between divisions is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate monthly attendance meetings with divisional and assistant managers across Transportation Operations.
Support the implementation and consistency of attendance management protocols across all divisions.
Analyze attendance data to identify patterns, trends, and areas of concern.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve overall attendance rates.
Collaborate closely with the Attendance Manager and other internal stakeholders such as OHEW (Occupational Health & Employee Wellness), ERC (Employee Relations Consultants), and HRA (Human Resources Advisors).
Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations summarizing findings and proposed actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in attendance management, human resources, or a related field.
Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data filtering, trend analysis).
Familiarity with attendance tracking systems and HR information systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
