We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software development projects from conception through to completion. In this role, you will guide cross-functional teams, manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, and drive Agile/Scrum execution. You’ll also serve as a technical leader—helping your team solve challenges, align on best practices, and continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for software development initiatives
Create detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, resources, risks, and timelines
Manage Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprints, backlog grooming, retrospectives)
Provide mentorship and direction to a small development team
Monitor budgets and ensure projects stay on track financially
Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders
Champion quality assurance and adherence to development best practices
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization
Offer technical insight and support in resolving development roadblocks
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in technical project management or a similar role
Proven success managing software projects using Agile/Scrum frameworks
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience working with development teams and technical platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is an asset
Technical Environment (Preferred Experience With):
Node.js, TypeScript, Angular, Express.js
Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite
API development and real-time communication tools (e.g., Socket.IO)
Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
