We’re hiring an HR Performance Program Specialist to lead the rollout and implementation of our client's global performance review process. Reporting to the VP, Talent & Performance, you’ll collaborate with global stakeholders (including teams in the UK and Australia) to manage the full cycle, from timelines and communications to calibration and analytics.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, feedback-rich cultures, with experience managing performance programs and leading conversations with senior stakeholders. You’ll bring structure, insight, and facilitation expertise to help embed a newly defined process, and continuously improve it in the months ahead.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of the global performance review cycle, including planning key milestones, managing communications, coordinating across regions, and ensuring successful delivery through tools like 15Five and Zoho People.
  • Own performance calibration meetings from prep through to delivery, facilitate high-level talent discussions with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies (Canada, UK, Australia), supporting alignment on feedback, ratings, and compensation recommendations.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations that support succession planning, promotions, compensation, and organizational development goals.
  • Analyze performance data and behavioral trends using Zoho Analytics or other tools, preparing clear reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making by Talent, Finance, and business leaders.
  • Support continuous improvement of their competency framework and performance philosophy, ensuring it remains relevant across evolving team structures and global roles.
  • Manage 360° feedback cycles, including intake design, communication strategy, participant mapping, tool implementation, and training delivery.
  • Develop training, toolkits, and job aids to help managers deliver strong feedback, lead effective performance conversations, and engage in fair and motivating talent discussions.
  • Champion performance culture and lead change efforts as Crestview scales, ensuring that programs remain agile, compliant, and embedded in day-to-day practices.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent, HRBPs, Finance, and People Analytics to ensure performance processes align with broader talent strategies and business goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in performance management, HR business partnering, talent management, or a similar role in a matrixed or professional services environment.
  • Proven experience leading and managing full-cycle performance management processes, including calibration, 360° feedback, and bonus planning.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of driving alignment across senior and executive-level audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with performance platforms.
  • Deep understanding of competency frameworks, project-based evaluation models, and how they tie into broader talent development and compensation strategies.
  • Highly adaptable, organized, and able to work independently in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments. Comfortable working across time zones and with culturally diverse teams.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience using tools such as Zoho Analytics, Excel, or Power BI is an asset.

Benefits

  • 3 weeks' vacation
  • Comprehensive benefits program (health, dental and vision)
  • 20% performance bonus (paid biannually)
