Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Lead
Experience: 8+ Years
Modules: Payroll, Absence, ORC, Benefits, Compensation Management
Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
Pay rates:  $58-70/HR

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in HCM modules. This role involves both implementation and support of Oracle Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand client business requirements; identify process gaps and propose effective solutions.
• Design and architect integrated solutions across multiple systems and platforms.
• Contribute as both an individual contributor and team leader, supporting timely and quality team deliverables.

Required Skills:

• Deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules: Payroll, Absence, ORC, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Fast Formulas and HCM Configuration (User/Role Security, BI Administration)
• User Interface Customization including Redwood UI and mobile responsive pages
• Database Skills: SQL, ATP, PL/SQL
• Reporting Tools: OTBI, BIP, FRS
• Integrations: OIC (Integration Cloud Services), HCM Extracts, HDL, FBDI
• Protocols and Tools: FTP/sFTP, APIs, Smart View, VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Services)
• Experience with system patching and release management.
