Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll LeadExperience: 8+ Years

Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
Pay rates: $58-70/HR
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in HCM modules. This role involves both implementation and support of Oracle Applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand client business requirements; identify process gaps and propose effective solutions.
- Design and architect integrated solutions across multiple systems and platforms.
- Contribute as both an individual contributor and team leader, supporting timely and quality team deliverables.
Required Skills:
- Deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules: Payroll, Absence, ORC, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Fast Formulas and HCM Configuration (User/Role Security, BI Administration)
- User Interface Customization including Redwood UI and mobile responsive pages
- Database Skills: SQL, ATP, PL/SQL
- Reporting Tools: OTBI, BIP, FRS
- Integrations: OIC (Integration Cloud Services), HCM Extracts, HDL, FBDI
- Protocols and Tools: FTP/sFTP, APIs, Smart View, VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Services)
- Experience with system patching and release management.
