Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their team in a hybrid capacity. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze, document, and align enterprise technology strategies, with a strong focus on the CMDB, ITOM/ITSM, and GRC modules. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in ServiceNow development, testing, and administration, alongside knowledge of process improvement and risk management. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and hands-on configuration experience are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business units to gather, define, and document IT/business requirements.
Translate complex business needs into ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and applications.
Lead enhancements of ServiceNow modules (CMDB, GRC, HRSD, FSO, etc.).
Manage integrations across risk, compliance, HR, financial services, and virtual agent modules.
Ensure alignment with enterprise goals and regulatory frameworks (e.g., risk, compliance, BC/DR).
Collaborate with developers and QA to test and implement solutions.
Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (ITSM, ITOM, or GRC modules)
4+ years of general IT business analysis experience
Strong hands-on skills in Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, Custom Apps, and Virtual Agent
Experience with HRSD, Financial Services Modules, and Critical Events Management
Certified in ServiceNow (CSA/CIS preferred)
Familiarity with Automated Testing, Agile/SaFe, ITIL, and ServiceNow Test Management
Background in stakeholder engagement, risk frameworks, and documentation
