Techno-Functional Consultant, Copilot Deployment
Our healthcare client has just received approval to move forward with the deployment of Microsoft Copilot. This role will support the project from its earliest stages, helping to shape the strategy, gather business and technical requirements, and lead the deployment effort. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning Copilot’s capabilities with clinical and operational workflows, ensuring the solution is configured to meet both frontline and back-office needs. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of Microsoft Copilot solutions across enterprise environments, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for Copilot implementation.
- Translate business needs into Copilot use cases and deployment plans that optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and promote user adoption.
- Work closely with IT teams to assess current Microsoft 365 environments, identify prerequisites, and configure services to support Copilot functionality.
- Guide clients through change management, user enablement, and adoption strategies tailored to their organizational context.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and subject matter expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle, including troubleshooting and optimization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Copilot capabilities, M365 integration points, and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience deploying Microsoft 365 applications in enterprise environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- 1+ year of experience in Microsoft Copilot deployments.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot architecture, integration paths, and data access considerations.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, with strong skills in stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance frameworks, identity and access management, and data governance is an asset.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Microsoft certifications related to M365 or Copilot (e.g., MS-102, SC-400, AI-102) are considered an asset.
