We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the planning and execution of enterprise-level network infrastructure deployments. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a technical background in networking or IT infrastructure and a strong interest in project management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end management of network deployment projects across multiple locations.

  • Collaborate with technical teams—including network engineers, systems administrators, and cybersecurity professionals—to drive project deliverables.

  • Support the development of project documentation, including timelines, task lists, project charters, risk registers, and resource plans.

  • Monitor and report on project milestones, deliverables, and overall progress to internal stakeholders.

  • Coordinate vendor communications and track procurement of networking hardware and software.

  • Proactively identify, log, and escalate risks, issues, or delays to senior project managers.

  • Ensure adherence to internal governance, compliance standards, and security protocols.

  • Contribute to the implementation of networking equipment (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls) in collaboration with deployment teams.

  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and tracking follow-up actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in IT infrastructure or networking environments.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, switches, routers, firewalls).

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):

  • Agile or Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM)

  • ITIL Foundation certification

  • Networking certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network
