Job Opportunity: Project Executive

Duration: 3 years + 1 optional year

Altis Technology is seeking Project Executives for a contract opportunity with one of our Federal Government Clients. You will play a strategic leadership role in overseeing complex, cross-functional workstreams, driving change management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery performance across an enterprise-wide transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct enterprise transformation projects aligning with Agile and Government standards.
• Drive governance integration, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Oversee multiple scrum teams, strategic roadmaps, and transformation-enablement practices.
• Deliver project plans, charters, communication strategies, dashboards, and quality reports.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Executive.
• Leadership of large-scale (>$10M), end-to-end transformation initiatives.
• Proven expertise in Agile and traditional project delivery within large (5,000+ employee) organizations.
• Background in business process reengineering, data governance, change management, and program oversight.
