Our client, in the IT managed services sector, is seeking a skilled Boomi Developer to join their team on a fully remote basis in the CST timezone, Canada.

This 6-month contract offers an immediate start date, focusing on leveraging your expertise in Boomi integration to enhance our systems and streamline operations. If you have a strong background in API integration, cloud solutions, and troubleshooting complex integrations, we encourage you to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Boomi integrations to connect Zendesk and ServiceNow.

  • Utilize MDH (Master Data Hub) to resolve integration issues and ensure data consistency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.

  • Develop and maintain documentation related to integration processes, APIs, and data mappings.

  • Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues using debugging tools.

  • Ensure compliance with best practices for data security and integration architecture.

  • Participate in project planning, sprint sessions, and agile ceremonies as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 8+ years working with Boomi integration platform.

  • 5+ years of experience in API integration techniques.

  • Experience with Master Data Hub (MDH) and resolving integration issues.

  • Familiarity with JSON, XML, CSV, and Database data formats.

  • Knowledge of cloud-based integration solutions.

  • Experience integrating with CRM and ERP systems.

  • Familiarity with navigating IFS platform, debugging tools, and calling projections.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Project management skills to handle timelines and deliverables effectively.
