The Senior Manager, Change Management will contribute to the overall success of the Credit Risk Modernization transformation initiative. Reporting to the VP, Credit Risk Modernization, the Senior Manager, Change Management will focus on the people side of change derived from changes made to business processes, policies, systems, technology, roles and responsibilities, culture and organizational structure. The role’s primary responsibility will be supporting the GRM’s Credit Risk Modernization transformation initiative in creating and implementing change management strategies, frameworks and plans that maximize business and employee adoption and usage of the changes, working to drive faster adoption and higher utilization while minimizing resistance. These efforts will also aim to increase benefit realization of the project and the achievement of expected results. The role will lead and/or support Credit Risk teams in the development of change management strategies, playbooks, processes, learning, tools and resources to execute, manage change and achieve the overall Transformation program objectives.The incumbent will work in a highly dynamic project environment and is expected to integrate multiple, multifunctional projects while quickly adapting to evolving business priorities. As well, the incumbent will facilitate design and delivery of change initiatives including defining scope, establishing change programs (inclusive of communications) and managing resistance.
