We’re seeking an ERP & Supply Chain Coordinator / Purchaser to help build structure, streamline operations, and drive efficiency in a growing manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Lead and support ERP implementation and continuous improvement (Microsoft Dynamics preferred). Collaborate with production and scheduling teams to ensure timely material availability. Track and manage inventory using Excel and ERP tools; lead cycle counts and audits. Develop SOPs and process flows to improve operational efficiency. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and execute purchase orders. Coordinate with international suppliers and ensure accurate documentation. Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align procurement with production needs. Must have: 3+ years in manufacturing (ideally windows or high-volume parts). 2+ years in ERP implementation and supply chain coordination. Strong Excel and ERP skills; experience with Ranorpro is a plus. Self-starter who takes initiative, thrives in a startup-like environment, and wears multiple hats.
