Salary: From 70 to 75 per Hour
 

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates exceptional relationship-building capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering core Business Analysis (BA) Services, Project Management, and Change Management support across various initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering end-to-end BA services including requirements gathering, stakeholder analysis, and process modeling.

  • Leading and facilitating both in-person and virtual meetings with project stakeholders.

  • Developing and maintaining key project documentation and deliverables.

  • Supporting and executing project and change management plans aligned with organizational goals.

  • Ensuring effective communication, alignment, and consensus on project approach and implementation.

  • Monitoring and documenting risks, issues, decisions, and project status.

  • Producing high-quality artifacts such as:

    • Process maps

    • Project plans

    • Business change management plans

    • Steering committee presentations

    • Risk and issue logs

    • Decision logs

    • Statements of Work (SOWs)


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and adapt to new environments.

  • Demonstrated experience as a self-starter with strong ownership of tasks and outcomes.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong influence and negotiation skills to drive alignment and secure agreement on project direction.

  • Highly developed critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process mapping and documentation.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter’s 8-Step Model.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Formal training or certification in business analysis (ie. CBAP, PMI-PBA), or change management.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Formal training or certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies

  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and reports.
