Our client, a leading residential property management firm, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join their growing team. This individual will support leasing, marketing, and administrative functions at one of their premier communities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is an on-site position, located in Downtown Edmonton.
Responsibilities: - Respond to inquiries from prospective residents
- Conduct property viewings and present suite features to secure lease agreements.
- Qualify potential residents, highlight property benefits, and negotiate lease terms.
- Perform suite inspections prior to showings
- Conduct monthly market surveys and share findings with head office.
- Maintain leasing documentation including availability and traffic reports.
- Register prospective tenants and process rental applications.
- Perform credit and background checks, and prepare all lease-related documentation.
- Assist with resident move-in/out coordination, including elevator bookings and suite inspections.
- Provide new residents with orientation and move-in packages.
- Follow up with leads and maintain positive tenant relationships.
Qualifications:- Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (real estate or hospitality is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume tasks with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management systems such as Yardi is an asset
