Purpose

Contribute to the success of International Banking and Global Banking and Markets by coordinating with country coverage teams, including RMs, Cash Treasury Desk, Trade, and GTB teams. Provide differentiated service to multinational clients and manage client interactions with professionalism and urgency. Ensure all activities comply with regulations, internal policies, and support business goals with a client-centric approach.
 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

  • Client Servicing: Act as the first point of contact for global servicing needs, coordinating with global and local Relationship Managers and support teams.
  • Relationship Building: Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement, anticipating needs and strategic objectives.
  • Value Proposition: Support the delivery of value propositions and execution of service level agreements for multinational clients.
  • Client Experience: Ensure timely execution and consistent client experiences through seamless coordination between countries, Relationship Managers, and servicing teams.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee global business relationship pipelines and communicate cross-border initiatives to local teams.
  • Referral Coordination: Manage global business referrals with appropriate Relationship Managers and Sales teams.
  • Onboarding and Servicing: Coordinate consistent onboarding and servicing experiences across Capital Markets, Corporate Banking, and Transaction Banking.
  • Support: Assist local Relationship Managers with client relationships and account plans.
  • Client-Centric Culture: Champion a client-focused culture to deepen relationships and leverage broader Bank systems.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle escalated client and partner inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and accurately.
  • Risk Management: Consider the Bank’s risk appetite and culture in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • High-Performance Environment: Contribute to a high-performance and inclusive work environment.


Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

 

  • Experience in finance industry and a keen interest in financial markets
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate fulfillment of the client’s onboarding or service request and report on progress to each client and internal partners. 
  • High knowledge of all Bank’s monitoring, regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills are required to maintain a client pipelines for onboarding and servicing at different stages.
  • Experience in Capital Markets - FICC, Equities and Prime Services and Transaction Banking
  • Experience managing relationships with CFO and Global Treasurers levels
  • Excellent client focus and extensive experience working with Multinational clients
  • Experience managing internal relationships with business partners and senior leaders   
  • Serves as an escalation point and triages issue resolution
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or Finance
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar role
  • English required and Spanish language competency is an asset
