Agilus is recruiting for a Change Manager – Legal Stakeholder Environment in the Financial Services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. Be a central driver of change in a legal transformation initiative. You’ll lead stakeholder alignment and adoption strategies to ensure smooth rollout of new systems and processes. A typical day: Design and implement change management strategies for legal teams Work closely with lawyers and business users to understand needs and manage resistance Develop communication plans, training materials, and support programs Partner with project managers and delivery teams to align change activities with timelines Partner with project managers and delivery teams to align change activities with timelines Track and measure change effectiveness and adjust plans as needed Requirements: 5+ years in a Change Manager or Organizational Change role Experience working with legal, compliance, or regulatory departments Solid understanding of change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) Ability to work across business and technology stakeholders Soft skills: Empathetic and patient communicator Skilled at building trust and credibility with diverse groups Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident in navigating complex, stakeholder-heavy environments Total rewards:
