Agilus is recruiting for a Agile Coach – Enterprise Legal & Tech Projects in the Financial Services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. Play a key role in improving agility across a portfolio of legal and technology initiatives. You’ll work with delivery teams, business leads, and leadership to promote Agile best practices and embed a continuous improvement culture. A typical day: Coach delivery teams, product owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles Drive adoption of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) across teams Conduct training sessions, retrospectives, and Agile health assessments Identify and remove systemic blockers to agility Collaborate with Change Managers and PMs to ensure Agile alignment Successful candidates will have: 7+ years Agile experience with at least 3 years as an Agile Coach Strong familiarity with enterprise-level transformation programs Experience coaching both business and technical stakeholders Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, ICAgile, Certified Scrum Professional) Soft skills: Inspiring and approachable coaching style Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills Ability to foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and experimentation Adaptable communicator, comfortable at both team and executive levels Total rewards:
