Agilus is recruiting for a Project Manager – Legal & Process Improvement in the Financial Services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. Opportunity to lead a high-visibility legal and process improvement initiative within a regulated environment. You’ll partner closely with vendors, legal stakeholders, and internal tech teams to drive strategic change. A typical day: Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met Manage key legal and business stakeholders, including vendor partners Oversee project financials and ensure regular reporting on progress and risks Coordinate cross-functional technology teams and manage dependencies Support process improvement initiatives within a legal and compliance-heavy context Requirements: 7+ years of project management experience with recent focus on legal, compliance, or financial services Proven success managing vendors and external delivery partners Experience with technology delivery projects (e.g., platform or application enhancements) Strong grasp of project financials and budgeting Familiarity with process re-engineering or continuous improvement practices Soft skills: Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Able to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes across diverse groups Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail Collaborative and solution-focused What's in it for you:
