The Registries Evolution branch is responsible for identifying and delivering on opportunities to ensure that registry services are modernized, innovative, client-centric, and sustainable with a focus on improved client and employee experience and consistency across government. Registry services range from land registration services which are an enabler to the economy, motor vehicle services which enable the movement of people and goods, and corporate registry services which can be a deciding factor by out-of-province stakeholders when considering incorporating in Alberta.

Working as a Change Management Analyst in the Registries Evolution branch, you will have a pivotal role in how motor vehicle, land, business and vital events services are delivered across Alberta. Applying your extensive knowledge and experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will navigate changes for internal and external stakeholders by leading enterprise-level transformational service design projects through the identification, planning, and implementation of opportunities to achieve modernized, innovative, and client-centric registries services.

Reporting to the Manager, Change Management and Engagement of Registries Evolution, you will be responsible to develop, maintain and improve Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies, strategies, tools and templates to develop presentations, communications and training materials to help support the Government of Alberta’s registries modernization efforts.

This competition will be used to fill one (1) temporary full-time position located in Edmonton from approximately August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026, with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be scheduled to work Monday to Friday, 7.25 hours per day for a total of 36.25 hours per week.
