We are hiring a Training Systems Analyst to support the Learning and Development team within the Human Resources department of a major energy infrastructure company. This role will play a key part in managing and enhancing Learning Management Systems (LMS), with a primary focus on Workday Learning and SuccessFactors. You'll be instrumental in maintaining data integrity, improving reporting processes, and ensuring smooth LMS operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support and ongoing administration for LMS platforms (Workday and/or SuccessFactors)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to learning systems
- Perform regular audits to verify data accuracy and compliance
- Support and guide LMS users, including learning admins and support staff
- Maintain documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Develop, update, and distribute training dashboards and reports
- Leverage Power BI to design insightful visualizations and dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support LMS governance and issue resolution
- Monitor and manage LMS updates and version releases
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience (intermediate level candidates will be considered)
- Hands-on experience working with LMS platforms, particularly Workday Learning and/or SuccessFactors
- Solid command of Microsoft Excel and other tools in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Fast learner with the ability to grasp technical system processes and functionality
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a systems-thinking mindset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Assets / Preferred Skills
- Prior experience working with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, or enterprise Data Lakes
- Proven problem-solving experience in complex LMS environments or enterprise training systems
