Our IT Client is looking for a Oracle Cloud Security Consultant to oversee and enhance access management across multiple enterprise platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can blend compliance knowledge with deep technical expertise in ERP security—particularly within cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the configuration and maintenance of user access and security settings across enterprise systems, including cloud ERP, logistics platforms, case management tools, leasing systems, and legacy financial platforms.
  • Gather and assess access requirements from functional teams and translate them into secure, compliant role structures.
  • Develop security blueprints and collaborate on access governance across modules such as finance, order processing, and supply chain operations.
  • Supervise third-party service providers during ERP security implementations.
  • Coordinate system environment refreshes in production and test environments.
  • Participate in design sessions, risk assessments, and user access reviews.
  • Support optimization efforts related to licensing for enterprise software platforms.
  • Address audit requests by gathering supporting documentation and clarifying control-related queries.
  • Participate in change governance processes and manage change board documentation and meetings.
  • Conduct compliance reviews (SOC 1, SOC 2) of vendor-managed systems.
  • Perform risk and compliance assessments related to segregation of duties (SoD) and SOX mandates.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to a team managing user access and support operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Contribute to development of internal tools aimed at streamlining compliance monitoring and remediation processes.
  • Apply user interface enhancements and process customizations as needed.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams on internal control reviews and regulatory audits (ITGC).
  • Support business continuity efforts, testing, and robotic automation activities in cloud environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or related technical field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience working with Oracle and at least 5 years with Oracle fusion security implementation.
  • Preferred experience in OTBI, SQL language, SOA and REST Services, database objects.
  • Ability to contribute to both business and technical planning discussions involving enterprise system architecture.
  • Strong foundation in project lifecycle methodologies and system implementation frameworks.
  • Effective communicator, able to interface across business and technical teams globally.
  • Proven track record leading geographically dispersed teams and coordinating complex security initiatives.
