Position Overview

Calian ITCS is currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET) for a 6 months renewable full time contract opportunity to perform the following duties:

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable solutions across the frontend and backend.
• Collaborate closely with other developers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality features that align with business goals.
• Uphold high standards in code quality, testing, and maintainability through active participation in code reviews and engineering discussions.
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to incident resolution efforts when needed.
• Bring clarity and direction in ambiguous technical situations, helping the team navigate trade-offs and move forward effectively.
• Identify and implement short-term opportunities for technical improvement and operational efficiency.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of deliverables and priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in full-stack development, ideally in fast-paced product environments.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET for backend development, and solid knowledge of React (TypeScript) for the frontend development.
• Comfortable working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB .
• Experience with Azure cloud and tools like Azure DevOps .
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform ) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes ).
