Agilus is recruiting for a Property Management Admin/Coordinator in the commercial/retail sector in Calgary, Alberta. This role is a 1-month paternity coverage with potential for extension. A typical day: Act as the first point of contact for tenant communications across 20 commercial properties Monitor and manage the property management inbox, responding to maintenance requests and dispatching appropriate vendors (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, security, parking enforcement) Coordinate with head office on operational updates (e.g., elevator outages, building issues) Provide regular updates to tenants regarding building events, maintenance schedules, and operational notices Assist with budgeting tasks Support the accounting team with rent collection follow-ups and other administrative tasks as needed You bring: 3–5 years of experience in property management or a related field (open to junior candidates with strong potential) Experience with budgeting in a property management context is a strong asset Familiarity with vendor coordination and maintenance dispatching Strong organizational and follow-up skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office 365 Total rewards: Competitive Pay Rate Monday to Friday, full time hours (8am to 5pm) Weekly salary Opportunity to work for a stable, well-established employer with over 65 years in Calgary and a strong community focus An excellent opportunity to gain entry into a reputable and well-established organization Opportunity to grow your career in property management and enjoy working with both tenants and vendors
