Agilus is recruiting for a Maintenance and Building Operator in the Property Management industry in Victoria, British Columbia. As a Maintenance + Building Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the property runs smoothly and looks its best every day. A typical day: Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and building infrastructure Conduct minor plumbing, painting, and drywall repairs Maintain property features including water elements, parking areas, and seasonal décor Support marketing events with setup and takedown Perform regular inspections and respond to maintenance issues Operate and maintain small engines and power tools Shift is Sunday to Thursday 10:30am to 7pm Successful candidates will have: Valid BC Driver’s License with clean abstract - own vehicle a definite asset Experience with hand and power tools Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, maintenance software) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting ability Legally eligible to work in Canada Maintenance experience is an asset Total rewards: $57000.00 - $67000.00 annually Comprehensive Benefits: Start on Day 1 – 100% employer-paid for Medical, Dental, and Critical Illness Annual Bonus & Salary Review: Performance-based, conducted at year-end RRSP/DPSP Matching: 5% of base salary, up to $5,000/year $500 Health & Wellness Allowance: After 3-month probation Company-Paid Phone Plan Uniform supplied Vacation: Starts at 2 weeks
