We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for the Federal Government. The successful candidate will lead the planning, assessment, and execution of complex initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic objectives
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop system requirements, evaluate solution alternatives, and assess feasibility across technical, financial, and operational dimensions
Lead project planning, including functional analysis and risk management, and oversee system development activities within cost and schedule parameters.
Prepare and deliver project briefings, respond to RFIs, and support industry engagement events (e.g., industry days).
Track progress, report on milestones, and contribute to strategic planning, post-project reviews, and lessons learned.
Coordinate the preparation of key project documents including CDRLs and technical recommendations related to deliverables.
Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of 3 years experience experience in the following areas, specifically for projects with over $1M in annual expenditure:
- Project management
- Drafting and presenting technical and management documents
- Stakeholder and communications management
- Financial management
- Scope management
- Schedule management
- Risk management
- Drafting correspondence and deliverable assessments
- Preparing CDRLs and DIDs
Education
An undergraduate degree in engineering, science, or a technical field from a recognized* Canadian post-secondary institution, or the equivalent as determined by a recognized* Canadian academic credentials assessment service if obtained outside Canada.

8 or more years of experience as a project manager
