Job Title: Real Estate Manager
Job Type: Contract, until December 31, 2025
Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days on site
Location: Mississauga
Our client is seeking a Real Estate Manager to join their Commercial division on a contract basis until December 31, 2025. The successful candidate will manage leasing operations and tenant coordination while providing team leadership and cross-functional collaboration to drive leasing strategy, compliance, budgeting, and tenant engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic leasing guidance, facilitate communications, and ensure adherence to lease terms
- Manage tenant mapping processes and coordinate construction-related activities
- Monitor deal progression and support the development of lease and contract agreements
- Assist with project delivery planning and lead tenant engagement efforts
- Support the preparation and planning of real estate-related budgets
- Provide hands-on leadership and daily oversight to two team members
- Collaborate with Facilities Management to align on leasing strategies and lease extension plans
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in commercial leasing or real estate management
- At least 1–2 years of leadership or team oversight experience
- Proficiency in leasing strategy, compliance, and deal negotiation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational skills and a collaborative, solution-focused mindset
