SafeRoads Alberta simplifies the process for Albertans challenging Immediate Roadside Sanctions (IRS) under the Traffic Safety Act, promoting fairness and efficiency in public safety. By addressing impaired driving outside the criminal courts, SafeRoads focuses on fast-tracking justice, reducing strain on resources, and improving road safety. Seeking a pivotal role in the legal process? Step into the spotlight as a Case Administrator, where your organizational mastery keeps justice running smoothly.
In this position you will need to critically assess situations and determine when to seek the Case Coordinators direction when a situation occurs that falls outside of a standing operating procedure. You will be the first point of contact in issue identification, and will need to take a systematic approach to understand implications. If an error in judgment occurs and the situation is not addressed, it can breach court orders, procedural fairness principles, and legislation.
