Salary: From 95000 to 125000 per Year
 

Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Project Manager is responsible for independently overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional results across client satisfaction, budget adherence, and overall project performance. The individual in this role plays a key part in client relationship management, contributing to long-term partnerships and representing the company with professionalism and integrity. In addition, the Project Manager may participate in proposal presentations and assist with broader business development efforts when needed.

This is a hybrid role, with four days in the office and one day working from home.

Projects managed in this role are primarily interior fit-ups, with budgets of up to $3 million.

Required Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related discipline—or equivalent hands-on experience

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years' progressive experience as a Project Manager in the commercial interior construction space

  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and non-verbal), with the ability to engage confidently across diverse audiences

  • Proven track record in cultivating and sustaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams

  • Strong organizational abilities and capable of leading projects involving multiple moving parts and competing deadlines

  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering value to clients

  • Collaborative team player who embraces inclusivity, professionalism, and respect in the workplace

  • Broad experience overseeing various construction projects—ranging in scale, scope, and complexity

    Must be eligible for Reliability Security Clearance, including a minimum of 5 years of continuous residency in Canada for background check purposes
