Our client in the non profit space is hiring for a Monitoring Associate to join our client starting on an 11 week contract. This is an exciting opportunity working in a hybrid model. This contract has the potential to go permanently.
The Monitoring Associate supports and oversees compliance with committee orders and undertakings, maintain public register information, and manage monitoring activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triages, assesses, and assigns incoming tasks, while following up on inquiries requiring further information.
- Provides team and case support by preparing documents using templates and completing initial assessments of various monitoring activities, including, for example, verification of registration and CNO screening requests.
- Supports team operations by establishing and maintaining files, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to team processes; updating and maintaining databases and other records; and processing invoices.
- Track orders and undertakings, communicate terms to relevant parties, address non-compliance issues, process variance requests, and clarify requirements for stakeholders.
- Process verification and screening requests and other applications.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Post-secondary education in legal.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in a regulatory body would be considered a strong asset.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Pro, SharePoint, Teams, and Zoom.
