Salary: From 20 to 20 per Hour
 

Job Title: Receptionist Coverage
Location: 21 Florence Street (On-site)
Training: 3 hours, ideally Friday, June 27, but flexible for any day except Monday, June 23

Contract Details:

  • Training: 3 hours next week (exact day flexible)

  • Coverage Dates: July 2 to July 4

  • Hours: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily (includes lunch break)

  • Pay Rate: $20/hour

  • Work Type: On-site

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Greet all visitors and determine who they are meeting

  • Handle incoming mail from couriers and Canada Post

  • Use internal documentation to set up courier pickups

  • Light phone duties (volume TBD)

  • Use of MS Office Suite and booking database

Additional Info:

  • Dress Code: Business attire (Jeans allowed on Friday)
