Agilus is recruiting for a Project Management in the Oil and Gas industry in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta. his role requires a strong background in project management, workshop facilitation, and change management to support departmental transformation and strategic alignment. A typical day: Design and implement change management strategies Evaluate current departmental processes and organizational structures, as well as identify gaps and risks. Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders. Monitor project performance and manage scope, schedule, and budget changes. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Lead strategic workshops to align business goals and initiatives. Plan and execute workshop logistics, stakeholder engagement, and follow-ups. Successful candidates will have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles. Proven track record in process improvement and project delivery. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience in workshop facilitation and change management Proficiency in governance reporting and data analysis Experience in organizational design or HR transformation projects.
