The role we are offering you:
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the operational side of a digital product and collaborate with multiple teams in a tech-driven environment.
Are you ready to:
Support Tier 3: investigate, resolve or escalate complex issues and communicate with support teams.
Create and maintain internal documentation and user-facing FAQs to reduce repetitive support.
Analyze product usage and feedback data using Heap, Excel, and Qualtrics to support decisions.
Manage user access and data entry across platforms while following security and privacy rules.
Assist with operational, reporting and admin tasks to support product delivery and free up senior staff.
Contribute to special projects by analyzing tickets and feedback to improve product operations.
Our ideal candidate has:
Enrolled in business, MIS, e-commerce or a related field.
Proficient in Excel; familiar with Heap, GA, or Qualtrics is a strong asset.
Comfortable with web apps and quick to learn new internal tools and systems.
Strong analytical skills and methodical problem-solving with clear documentation.
Excellent communication in English and French; simplify technical concepts.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks.
Knowledge of product management or tech support is an asset.
Interest in aviation and training helps understand product context.
Passionate about learning and contributing fresh ideas to the team.
Please note that this position is an internship, offering a hands-on learning opportunity in a digital product environment. We welcome candidates who are curious, resourceful, and passionate about technology and product management. This role will allow you to develop valuable skills in product support, data analysis, and operations management while making real contributions to the success of the CAE Connect portfolio.
Location of the internship is Montreal, QC.
Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.
*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
