Salary: From 50.00 to 90.00 per Hour
 

We are proactively building our network and pipeline of senior-level Data Analysts in British Columbia in anticipation of upcoming contract and permanent opportunities. While I may not have a suitable open role right now, we expect a busy summer ahead and are taking steps now to connect with qualified professionals who are open to future opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

Location: Based in British Columbia, open to hybrid work arrangements.
Experience Level: 5–10+ years of experience in a senior Data role.
Industry Focus:
Strong preference for individuals with a proven track record in large-scale enterprise transformation or public sector initiatives.
Ideal candidates have delivered successful projects with the BC Government, Crown Corporations, or Agencies.
We are also open to strong professionals from private sector enterprise backgrounds.

Technical Talent Areas of Focus:
We are particularly interested in connecting with candidates who have experience in:

  • Data Analysis & Data Visualization
  • Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • SQL & Python for data manipulation
  • Reporting Automation & Dashboard Development
  • Data Governance & Quality Management
  • Working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery)

Key Qualities:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Adaptable professionals who stay current with evolving data tools and methodologies
