Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual ERP Project Manager to lead the full-cycle implementation of Infor LN, migrating from JD Edwards to a proven enterprise ERP system. This is a contract position suited for a strong project leader with hands-on ERP rollout experience and a deep understanding of manufacturing operations.
You’ll manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with external consultants, and align the ERP system with business-critical functions like production, planning, supply chain, inventory, finance, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project execution of an Infor LN ERP implementation (planning, execution, go-live, and stabilization)
Collaborate with internal departments (operations, production, finance, procurement, IT) and external vendors
Track project progress, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
Provide regular updates to executive stakeholders and maintain transparency
Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and escalate when necessary
Oversee system configuration, training, and UAT phases
Drive change management initiatives to ensure user adoption and long-term success
Document processes and develop post-go-live support plans
Must-Have Qualifications:
Proven experience managing full-cycle ERP implementations
Hands-on experience with Infor LN or similar ERP platforms (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, Dynamics)
Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows (production planning, inventory control, supply chain, quality, finance)
PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent project management experience)
Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Direct experience with Infor LN in a manufacturing context
Knowledge of discrete and/or process manufacturing
Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO, FDA)
