We are seeking a Product Owner with a passion for delivering impactful, user-centered digital products. This is a key role within our Healthcare Product Team, and is responsible for managing and prioritizing the product backlog, conducting discovery activities, and ensuring that product development aligns with the needs of providers, workers, and internal staff.
As a Product Owner, you’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and roadmap planning to backlog prioritization and sprint execution. Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Strategy
Conduct current state analysis, user research, and define problem statements.
Align product initiatives with strategic organizational priorities.
Collaborate with CX/UX teams to transform insights into actionable requirements.
Partner with the Senior Manager of Product to help shape product strategy and support business cases.
Planning & Prioritization
Maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap and backlog.
Write user stories and acceptance criteria based on business needs and user research.
Understand DevOps team capacity to influence sprint commitments and delivery timelines.
Delivery & Execution
Lead backlog grooming and ensure sprint readiness.
Act as a key liaison with the Scrum Master and development team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Participate actively in all Scrum ceremonies and drive the realization of sprint goals.
Work with stakeholders to validate features and measure product outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and updates.
Ensure alignment with product vision and organizational goals across all levels.
Champion continuous improvement in team collaboration, processes, and tools.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, including at least 2 years in an Agile environment
Hands-on experience in backlog management, writing user stories, and sprint planning
Strong understanding of DevOps practices and agile team dynamics
Proven ability to conduct and leverage user research in product development
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree an asset)

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner (PMPO)
Agile Certified Professional (ACP) or equivalent
