Our government defence client is requesting support with identifying operational support capability deficiencies within the orgainization and the development of a practical campaign plan to address those deficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, coordinate, facilitate, and report on the development of an operational support force development campaign plan. This roadmap will enable the orgainization to integrate requirements and enhance the coherence of capability development efforts across the orgainization
• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to understand current practices, challenges, and emerging trends related to operational support capabilities in a contemporary operating environment.
• Draft concepts related to operational support for orgainizational operations in a contemporary operating environment.
• Draft options for investment into orgainizational structure. This will include the creation of Tables of Organization and Equipment (TO&E) and related documentation.
• Draft Statements of Capability Deficiency (SOCD) for operational support deficiencies identified during campaign planning.
• Initiate project documentation in accordance with the Project Approval Directive (PAD) for capabilities required for operational support.
• Prepare presentations, briefings, and other materials to effectively communicate key observations, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and relevant entities to cohere efforts related campaign plan implementation.
• Advise on the implementation of doctrine and training related to operational support capabilities.
• Be prepared to participate in wargames related to the tasks above.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Secret Clearance
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in analyzing, planning, or managing operational support and sustainment in direct support of military operations.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in developing or contributing to operational-level doctrine, concepts, capabilities, or procedures related to operational support of military operations
