Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Manager, IT Security and End User Technology in the public sector in a hybrid work environment in Richmond, British Columbia. How you will make an impact: Direct and communicate the development of a multi-year cybersecurity roadmap Lead and manage cybersecurity operations and end-user technology teams, including managers, staff, and service providers Oversee end-user technology strategy, including the rollout of desktop, collaboration, and productivity tools Track, analyze, and present cybersecurity KPIs and metrics to executive leadership Own delivery of a major network reorganization initiative Lead the design and implementation of a 2-year strategic roadmap for Identity & Access Management (IAM) Successful candidates will have: Proven leadership of people managers ideally in a large enterprise or public sector environment; unionized experience is a plus. Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity operations, network security, and firewall architecture, with a career path that includes hands-on technical experience Ability to blend strategy and execution, from designing high-level security governance and policies to coaching technical teams through complex escalations Experience delivering major infrastructure initiatives, such as network reorganizations, and developing multi-year cybersecurity and IAM roadmaps Demonstrated leadership across both cybersecurity and end-user technology domains Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to engage with diverse internal clients and adapt delivery based on business needs What's in it for you: $168000.00 - $204000.00 annually Hybrid work model - 3 days on-site Secure role in a respected public sector organization Defined benefit pension plan 4 weeks paid + 11 flex days
