This leadership position offers the opportunity to shape and deliver IT security strategies while supporting enterprise-wide technology infrastructure and services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a cybersecurity roadmap aligned with enterprise maturity targets.
Manage all security assurance activities, including threat modeling, penetration testing, vulnerability management, and technical risk assessments.
Direct the implementation of cybersecurity projects, solutions, standards, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Oversee end-user technology strategy, including collaboration platforms and desktop technologies.
Monitor cyber risk trends, legislative changes, and security best practices to ensure proactive and informed decision-making.
Report on cybersecurity performance indicators and metrics to senior and executive stakeholders.
Drive the security awareness and training program across the organization, adapting content for diverse audiences.
Provide governance for risk assessments, due diligence, and compliance activities across the security domain.
Manage and support multiple technical teams, ensuring effective service delivery and operational excellence.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Graduate degree preferred).
Minimum 10 years of progressive management and leadership experience in IT security and infrastructure.
Strong technical and strategic knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise IT operations.
Demonstrated experience managing security governance, application and infrastructure security, and secure development lifecycle practices.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex projects, and drive operational results.
Excellent communication, planning, and customer service skills.
