Location: Hybrid (Regina, SK) or Remote (Canada)
Term: July 2, 2025 – July 2, 2026 (with extension possibility)
Work Model:

  • Regina-based: 2-3 days/week onsite (Regina Office).

  • Outside Regina: Fully remote.


Core Responsibilities

  1. Agile Delivery:

    • Create, manage, and resolve JIRA stories; execute user story acceptance tests.

    • Monitor development adherence to standards and maintainability.

  2. Business Operations:

    • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of corporate forms (creation, release, discontinuation).

    • Evaluate/develop business requirements; manage incidents/enhancement requests.

  3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Facilitate problem/solution negotiations between business and IT stakeholders.

    • Support incident investigation, analysis, and resolution.

  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure high-quality solutions before product release; provide solution support to teams.


Required Skills

  • Agile Expertise: Experience with Agile frameworks, JIRA, and user story testing.

  • Analytical Mindset: Attention to detail, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to understand diverse viewpoints and build relationships.

  • Collaboration: Team player embracing change and process innovation.

Nice-to-Have

  • Financial institution experience.
