Job Title: Information Support Lead
Location: Remote (Canada)
Type: 6-Month Contract with potential for extension
Compensation: $50-58/hour (Incorporated)

Altis Recruitment is actively hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Infor Support Lead to join a fast-paced, enterprise-level team. This is a remote opportunity for a technical professional with a strong background in ERP systems administration, customization, and integration, particularly within Infor CloudSuite GHR and Lawson S3.

Key Responsibilities
ERP System Administration & Support
Module Development & Enhancement
Design, build, and enhance modules related to HR, Finance, AP, Supply Chain, and Imaging/Content Management
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize business-driven enhancements
Follow coding standards and best practices to ensure system stability and scalability
Integration & API Management
Build and maintain seamless integrations between Infor CloudSuite and third-party systems (e.g., UKG Kronos, ImageNow, APIA, Remitra)
Ensure reliable data flow and automation across platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues
Required Skills & Experience
3–4 years of experience with Infor CloudSuite GHR and/or Lawson S3
Strong technical skills in ERP system administration and customization
Proven experience with integration development and API management
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
