Job Title: Data Analyst (Remote – MST Time Zone Preferred: Calgary)

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates based in Calgary)
Contract Length: 6-month contract to start, with potential for multiple extensions (up to 3 years)
Rate: Up to $42/hour (Incorporated)
Start Date: ASAP

Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support ongoing data initiatives. This is a remote role with working hours aligned to the Mountain Time Zone (MST). While fully remote, preference will be given to candidates located in Calgary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data profiling and analysis to support business and technical requirements

• Develop and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data

• Create reports and dashboards using Power BI

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a Data Analyst or similar role

• Strong proficiency in SQL and data profiling

• Experience with Power BI and other BI tools

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting aligned with MST hours
