Our client is seeking a Brand Project Coordinator to join their team in an exciting new position. This role requires
on-site work at their office in North Vancouver
at least 1 day per week.Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
As the Brand Project Coordinator - Retail, you are responsible for supporting the specialists and Managers to bring Brand expressions to life in a growing fleet of the client's retail stores. You will work closely with your team in Brand Retail and support them with everything from global campaign production to new store openings. You are as comfortable multitasking and supporting administrative work on multiple ongoing projects at once. You have great communication skills - both written and verbal and are confident in learning new tools to enter data sets into. You are a valued contributor to a cross-functional team focused on supporting the creation of elevated and innovative retail experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Working with Specialists and Managers to support them dealing with external partners to coordinate and deliver printed and fabricated materials to stores
- Supporting Brand and Retail partners to plan timing, installation and removal of campaign, experience, and construction deliverables
- Tracking invoices and entering financial data in appropriate tools for Brand related production projects
- Maintaining and updating the Production dashboard to keep stakeholders informed of project status
- Supporting your team in informing stores when branded material is incoming
- Supporting your team in partnering with your Retail Excellence and Store Design partners on new store opening (NSO) production needs for both exterior and interior
- Building relationships with internal and external teams in Canada and US, primarily
- You will help to implement the client's processes and build strong communication between all teams
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ of experience in administrative work
- 1+ years’ retail experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Comfortable supporting multiple projects at one time with excellent time management
- You have experience or can quickly learn to work with web-based project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Smartsheet)
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment and can thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving, and highly competitive industry
- You can create strong relationships and collaborate across all levels, functions, and geographies - both internally and externally to your organization
- Experience handling invoices
- You are a results-driven, proactive self-starter, and are organized and focused. You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
